I made a 2:30 appointment for a 5,000 Mi. check and arrived 10 minutes early. It took approximately 25 minutes to meet with a Service Advisor, however, you were quite busy for a Sunday. Mr. Perez was an awesome employee. He told my dad and I that it was going to take about an hour to check over my car because it was a busy day yesterday and within thirty minutes he was done. He was very polite and made sure that my dad and I knew where the waiting section is. When he told me that my car was ready he saw me studying for my Spanish class. He asked me if I needed help carrying anything and I told him no thank you but he helped me with my Spanish; by telling me what he did to my car and I understood everything he said. He also made sure I understood so I told him what he said in English and it was awesome that he took the time to help me improve my Spanish conversations. I was impressed with my visit overall. I called on a Thursday and scheduled an appointment for Saturday. Ozzie Perez greeted me on Saturday morning and had my car in the shop on time.
