Most definetly, Jason rubel is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is knowledgable, personable, helpful, makes you feel comfortable just knowing he is there for you. Ozzie was very friendly and extremely professional. He asked my how my day was and what brought me in today. He showed what serviced my car needed and explained the reason why they were needed. He did not overwhelm me and clearly explained to me the options I had with purchasing new tires that I needed; explaining the difference in oil choices for my car for the mileage I was at; and gently broke the news to me about need new brakes. I did not wait at the dealership and he called me to let me know the status and check points of where my vehicle was at and called me when my vehicle was ready--plus he always clearly explained the price of each service and always clearly explained my options as well not overwhelming me or pressuring me into any specific service. When I came to pick up my vehicle, he promptly met me at the cashier's desk with a friendly smile and hand shake. Ozzie, thank you for your wonderful customer service!! More
