This was my first time to bring in my 2012 Toyota Camry. Ozzie came out and greeted me, took all my info and then showed me around the lobby where I waited. Everyone is friendly and efficient. My problem was AC and loose brake. Only needed freon and brake fluid. Fluids used to be included in regular required service checks. Ozzie Perez did a good job of explaining everything to me, offering me options and giving me an accurate estimate of time and costs.
