My car would not start on Sunday afternoon. I called Courtesy and spoke with Jennifer and then Alden. Both were very friendly. This amoring at around 8:20 I spoke to Ben Smith the Assistant Superviseor who advised I needed a new starter and a Serpentine belt. Dealership is fine, the issue was the ongoing original radio problem has now been corrected with a reconditioned model. Problem is that it has cost me money and time to correct a manufacturer issue that o radio problem has now been corrected with a reconditioned model. He let us know the problems of the car and it was done when he said it would be. We got tires and other items and when we had a tire issue a month later it was repaired at no charge since we got them fro when he said it would be.
