The waiting room has multiple places to charge hones and computers, TVs, free coffee and a snack bar. All those make the waiting more comfortable. I am usually in and out of there in about an hour. I wouldn't think of having my car serviced anywhere else. I wish they would offer Auto Butler Services. More
