Honestly this dealership gives me stress and anxiety. I don’t know where to begin…. For starters how is it I could have the earliest appointment for just an oil change and still be there for 3 hrs. Then I don’t know where to begin…. For starters how is it I could have the earliest appointment for just an oil change and still be there for 3 hrs. Then there’s the fact that I can ask 5 different people the same question and get 4 different answers to the same question. Ive literally scheduled maintenance via phone and come to check in for my appointment and I still get asked by 3 different people why I’m checking in my vehicle. Then there’s the fact that on my last visit I was told I need injector cleaning even though I had done it the previous visit before that. I had to ask the service advisor to check back in my paper work cause if not I would have been charged again for nothing and it’s not like it’s a cheap service either. I recently tried to order parts from this dealership and was almost ridiculously overcharged when I found the same exact parts from another Toyota dealership out of state cheaper even with shipping by 800 dollars. I’ve been coming to this dealership for 6+ years and mostly because of the convenience of it being around my school and home cause I’d much rather go to Toyota of Orlando. Although I will say the only bright side of coming to this dealership is the far few inbetween service advisors like Dante that actually take the time to actually explain to the customer and make sure he gets a solid answer before answering any questions he seems unsure of instead of most of them that give a half xxx answers.
