I recently had to stop by suddenly due to low tire pressure. The staff were very quick to get the issue taken care of and I was out the door quickly. I didn't have an appointment since this was sudden pressure. The staff were very quick to get the issue taken care of and I was out the door quickly. My 2023 4runner, with only 2200 miles, experienced a torn air filter and the service team tried to sell me the fact that it was a rodent, and not an issue with the fan. There are no bite marks on the filter air filter and the service team tried to sell me the fact that it was a rodent, and not an issue with the fan. There are no bite marks on the filter and I own two other cars neither of which has ever been "attacked". This "rodent" also cost me $500 to repair. I will be visiting another dealership to confirm the validity of the "rodent" attack. Seems unlikely to me but, maybe they were honest. More
