Very busy dealership, appointments are recommend highly. The service people are respectful, but they have a script they follow and that wont change how they do business. They refused to look at the individual issue and just summarily treated it as, That is the wa they follow and that wont change how they do business. However I have my 2 year oil change and tire rotation and the extend warrenty service i paid for. The prices are upcharged and the quotes can be misleading. If they werent the closest dealer I would try a different toyota dealer to see if this was an overall toyota business call or individual service center. Again the people were polite, but stayed on script. There was nothing that made you feel valued as a customer or would make me feel any loyalty. If fact the treatment made me want to get rid of my new toyota. I really kinda soured on the whole experience More
