I have never had a problem with their service center until recently. Went for an oil change, new battery, and new headlight. After I paid I checked and they never replaced the headlight, after waiting a until recently. Went for an oil change, new battery, and new headlight. After I paid I checked and they never replaced the headlight, after waiting another HOUR they told me they can't replace because of a handful of normal reasons. However they were happy to tell me they changed out the bulbs and charged me for it and were ready to let me drive off the lot. It seems to me they didn't even check the lights and were willing to falsely charge me for something they never did and couldn't have completed even if they wanted to. I eventually got my money back for the work they never did, but I no longer trust this location. How do I know they even changed the oil or did any of the other routine maintenance they did they dud? More

My oil change went well. But I have a couple complaints. One being the amount of oil left on my oil pan. It all dripped out on to my driveway. I woke up the next day to find a puddle under my truck. Another thing I noticed was a big ding on one of my wheels. It looked like it was bumped up against a curb.
