I will be looking for another place to have my car serviced. I waited at the dealership for 5 hours and found out my car had not even been looked at. Thankfully, they provided me a rental car to all serviced. I waited at the dealership for 5 hours and found out my car had not even been looked at. Thankfully, they provided me a rental car to alleviate the situation. But, it was disappointing to wait 5 days. I spent over $2k to get my AC fixed, so after spending so much $$$, I wasn't in the mood for any other problems. Finally, when i picked up my car, the low fuel light was ON. I checked how many miles left, and it said zero. I wasn't sure if I could even make it to a nearby gas station without running out of gas. I don't plan to come back here. More
The staff and atmosphere in this dealership is very welcoming and pleasant. I personally love the Theater. They also give free food and offer you water. I was in for a complimentary 10k service. My only request was to repair the driver side sun visor because it is very hard to move. It seems like my advisor ignore my request completely. I purchased my RAV 4 at this dealership 5 years ago and had a wonderful experience, and the first 3 years of oil changes and in-warranty service was great. Since then though, service has steadily gotten w had a wonderful experience, and the first 3 years of oil changes and in-warranty service was great. Since then though, service has steadily gotten worse, and this month's oil change was the worst yet. I had an appointment, but arrived 20 minutes early and still had to wait in the line for quite awhile to be checked in. I was told my appointment time hadn't arrived. Several service attendants motioned me forward in the line, while cars all around me and behind me got checked in first. Then when I came to pick up my car after being notified that it was done, I was redirected to several areas until I finally got to the kiosk where my service person was supposed to be. He wasn't there, and I had to wait again while someone called for him. He was a very pleasant and apologetic, and I have nothing against him. It is the flow at the service department that has me annoyed. I don't think I'll be back for future service. More
I bought my car here in the midst of the car shortage of 2022 and Edwardo my salesman was awesome. It was the least painful car buying experience I had ever had. Going to the service department is just as painless. I scratched my new car and they were understanding and helpful. The fixed the problem in an affordable way and gave my care a free wash. Scratching my new car hurt but the dealership somehow made it hurt less. I used to think of car dealerships as blood xxxxxxx charlatans but this one is almost human. More
