The way to make it right is to have your advisors pay more attention to customers' concerns. It is frustrating to have to waste most of my Saturday morning for something that will probably take 20 minutes to get it fixed. I will wait until my next maintenance visit to bring the issue again. Hopefully the next advisor will take care of it.
