Service was excellent as it always has been. Thomas was very friendly and accommodating, and an excellent communicator. The charges for services seemed high, and honestly if you're going to add Thomas was very friendly and accommodating, and an excellent communicator. The charges for services seemed high, and honestly if you're going to add a 12% parts and labor shop charge to all bills, this should be addressed when vehicles are dropped off, and also noted by the agent when repair costs are discussed. To me it would be much more "transparent" to omit this "hidden" charge, and add 12% to all parts and labor costs, though they're already generally on the high side. More
This location is always busy, but don’t let that deter you from visiting. They do the job right and in a timely manner with frequent updates via text. The service department usually finishes the maintenance services (I always make an appointment) within the time indicated at inception. I didn't purchase my vehicle at this location (they didn't offer me t services (I always make an appointment) within the time indicated at inception. I didn't purchase my vehicle at this location (they didn't offer me the best deal or provide me with a good trade-in amount), but they do a good job servicing my car. More
Wait time is way to long. Every time since 2020 I've had an appointment. I get there on time for a simple Oil change and Tire rotation and it's always 4 hours or longer. And Every time since 2020 I've had an appointment. I get there on time for a simple Oil change and Tire rotation and it's always 4 hours or longer. And then they won't offer any discounts for the wait unless you fuss about it. Ridiculous!! Get it together. Every customer that has to wait that long should get a gas card and a discount. Nothing will change until it hits the bottom line in profits. As there running about 300 on average thru service and can't keep staff. Just very, very disappointed. More
I was provided with a Tire Rotation and Oil change due to very bad service before. I was informed this was the last time for me to receive any kind of compensation. I never requested to be given anythi very bad service before. I was informed this was the last time for me to receive any kind of compensation. I never requested to be given anything from anyone. Again the reason I received this compensation was due to very bad service. I don't know if I ever buy a car there again or service. Joe Fernandez 407 365-4695 More
This dealership is high volume. That being said, I arrived a few mins before my scheduled appt time to receive an oil change, and was surprised by the line of cars ahead of me. When That being said, I arrived a few mins before my scheduled appt time to receive an oil change, and was surprised by the line of cars ahead of me. When an associate came to take my info, I indicated that this was a complimentary oil change that the service manager had documented in the system. My car was ready after about an hr. Ahead of going to get my car, I had been informed that my cabin air filter needed replacing. Because I had only purchased my car from this dealership 3 months prior and the vehicle went through inspection to become CPO, I made mention that the filter should have been replaced during inspection. The associate said he would take care of it for me. When I was going to talk with the associate and get my car, I was informed that the service would count as 1 of 2 complimentary services. I informed him that the service manager had keyed in a specific code for my oil change so that it wasn’t counted against me. I was told that the code was not documented, that I should sign the paperwork and that the associate would handle the misunderstanding later. He said he did not want me to have an extended wait because the service manager was not available/was busy. I decided to have a seat and wait. About 30 mins later, I contacted the service manager’s direct line. He indicated that he would clear up the confusion, but that he had not been contacted by the associate. About an hr later the service manager called, my paperwork was updated, and I got my car. From start to finish, I was at the dealership for 3 hrs for an oil change. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, but I have had too many instances of time-consuming misunderstandings from this dealership starting with my initial purchase- I had to sign all of the paperwork 3x, and with inconsistencies on my paperwork and the necessity of having to replace a filter 3 months after purchase, I highly question whether or not my vehicle actually underwent the point inspection to become CPO. In the future, I will more than likely have my car serviced at a smaller dealership that is closer to my home. More
