This is my main complaint about the service. Joel was very nice with text messages and keeping me informed when my car would be ready. I was lucky to have someone pick me up and take me home. They were extremely quick to my scheduled time once I got in. It stays considerably busy there and I’ve been twice already. I generally just go to get my tires rotated along with an oil change. The guy who took care of me yesterday did not explained anything. Didn't go and get me. Mind you I told him to please get me since I just had surgery and walking was a little difficult. The last rep I had was Ezra and his customer service was always a 10+. He would explain everything and get me. It seems like the company is not focusing on customer service anymore and just making money. The guy Nick that had a white shirt explained everything to me but at the end of the day it was not a good experience. Very disappointed how the customer service is going down hill for this company. I know I need new tires and supposedly they said everything was good. On tip of that I came to my scheduled appt a little early and I still got in late and had to wait a long time. Why do they offer appointments when they can't keep up with them. They should have a lane for scheduled appointments and the other lane for drive ins. Will I go again? Not sure. I am thinking of finding another dealer ship with better customer service. I'm all about customer service. More
I set an appointment four days before coming. I came to AutoNation for a service and got there ten minutes before my appointment. There were only two cars in the service area. As soon as I pulled I came to AutoNation for a service and got there ten minutes before my appointment. There were only two cars in the service area. As soon as I pulled up, an employee came up, checked my VIN and asked for my appointment details. He said he would be right back and didn't come back for twenty minutes. A different employee came up and asked for my information again. After finally checking in my car, I was informed that it would be about three hours for an oil change and an rotation. Asked for the shuttle service as I had requested it in my appointment details. Was informed that the shuttle was across town and it could take a bit and I said I didn't mind waiting. During the duration of the 2 and a half hour car appointment, the shuttle service never came back. The service for an oil change and rotation was also ~$130. I asked about how that total came about and I understand labor and parts, but $13 in miscellaneous fees for this kind of service seemed a bit extreme. I also noticed that items that I had stored in some areas were moved around, gone through and left out. This dealership experience was awful and seemed sketchy as a whole. Will not return and highly not recommend. The employees I worked with were nice, but it is frustrating about the shuttle service, cost with no explanation and length of service. Also upon getting the car back, other dealerships would typically clean the outside if not even a vacuum of the inside but not even a wash to the outside was done. More
I brought my car in for an oil change at a promotional price fully expecting that I would be pressured to have other services performed on my Highlander. That was not the case. Kory Jackson was my servi price fully expecting that I would be pressured to have other services performed on my Highlander. That was not the case. Kory Jackson was my service advisor. Kory explained everything clearly, did not try to pressure me to have any additional services performed during this visit and honored the promotional offer. Kory indicated the service center was busy and the oil change would take longer than usual (60-90 minutes) to clearly set my expectations and allow me to plan accordingly. The car was ready right at the 90 minute mark. Kory advised me that no other services were needed at this time, but suggested an alignment soon due to some outer wear on the front tires. I did not like the fact that whomever transported the car adjusted my driver seat to their liking, thus messing up my preferred settings. It also would have been nice to have had the courtesy car wash given that they had my car for 90 minutes, but hard to complain about that since the promotional oil change price was extremely cheap.
