Nice but they charge too much. I have been taking my car here since 2018 and had no problems. But they switched staff and now my new advisor is trying to over charge and extra char I have been taking my car here since 2018 and had no problems. I already serviced my vehicle three months ago, but when I went to Toyota, I was told I need a transmission flush and other things that were already serviced on my vehicle. When the advisor realized I keep my paperwork and know about my car he backed off and apologized. It’s sad that women customers can’t be comfortable and even have advisors trying to charge you $70 for a cabin air filter. While fighting cancer and had a wonderful advisor that didn’t cheat me but worked with me and explained everything. Not now, the atmosphere has completely changed. I am not a happy customer More

Really bad experience, first time this happened to me at this dealer, I went for oil change Service and had to wait for more 2 1/2 hours , when I got my car back, it was so dirty outside and inside, it look this dealer, I went for oil change Service and had to wait for more 2 1/2 hours , when I got my car back, it was so dirty outside and inside, it looks it was parked next to the sprinkle system and not only my windows on the passenger side were dirty, the body as well( no complementary carwash anymore, not even offered ), getting in the car, all the driver seat floor and seat were full of dirt ( don't use the paper protection on the Matt anymore) or don't care. on the report said the tires were inspected and all are at 32, which I realized when I was driving all were even worse, 31,33,32 and 30, I paid for this service $79 including taxes, for me its too much for oil change, and getting this type of service not willing to comeback.they used to be good, I don't know what's happening now. More

Although one of the service members were not particular friendly the rest we were fairly friendly. I didn't like the time it took for them to fix the car as they stated it would take 3 hours however I didn friendly the rest we were fairly friendly. So just a bit more realism in terms of how long it will take to repair a vehicle. Other than that they did a good job. I will definitely return. More
