I went there to get an alignment, 4 new tires, and a maintenance. After paying for my car the tire light was on, so then I had to pay for a tire sensor. I had issues from the beginning that the general manager had to be involved and I end up getting a car that I didn’t even wanted. I like SUV’s. The treatment from some sales people, finance and service was had to be involved and I end up getting a car that I didn’t even wanted. I like SUV’s. In this visit Maria was really great I took the car for service and had nails on my two rear tires in which I taught was under warranty but to to find out I had to had a tire package protection which that was never offered to me so once again had another bad taste from all of the issues I have had in this dealer. I’m only going for the service that’s included once the service expires I will not go back. There are some staff that needs to treat customers professionally and with respect. It’s very ashamed that I had a bad experience because I took my daughter the very first time before I did for me the second time and the experience with my daughter was great that was the reason I return to get myself a car.
