Ok experience…grease stains left on inside of door and floor mats left unassembled when it was brought back to me. No wash or vacuum completed after service done. I thought maybe they would have at least floor mats left unassembled when it was brought back to me. No wash or vacuum completed after service done. I have been servicing my car at this dealership (Autonation Winter Park) for at least 10 years and had worked with Gerry Z. Maybe I was spoiled by him that service those times was excellent. Then he left asked for a new service advisor who replaced Gerry.and was given Joel. I made an appointment for 10 am. It took him awhile to see me in my car and then I told him I will wait in the waiting room. I waited for almost 2 hours before he called me on my phone and didn’t even personally see me at the waiting room of the dealership to tell me what’s needed to be done to my car. Then maybe after 20 minutes and he called again and told me to go the service desk. Since it was my first time working with him I didn’t know where his desk was. Maybe this is the new norm of service though I saw some service advisor in the waiting room telling their customer that their car was done. The woman cleaning the waiting room was excellent and like the coffee/tea dispenser. More
