We got a car from auto nation that was over priced, but we needed to leave Albuquerque with a car. We went with it anyways. I drove it to Santa Fe when we left, and the check engine light came on. We retur we needed to leave Albuquerque with a car. We went with it anyways. I drove it to Santa Fe when we left, and the check engine light came on. We returned it the next day. Not even a whole 24 hours later. I’m just thankful it happened within the time to get a full refund and wasn’t stuck with the bill and a lemon for a car. The staff were helpful and nice at least, I just wish I could say that, as well as I had left feeling like I got a good deal and a nice car. But that wasn’t the case. More

Had a good initial buying experience but attempting to follow up a week later and cancel extended service contract has led to unreturned phone calls unanswered emails, and lies. When we were first in buying, we saw several other disgruntled couples who were complaining of not having their phone calls returned.. we should have been forewarned. Don't make our mistake. More
