The suggestions I have for the dealership as a whole: 1. Please make sure the carfax online matches the actual carfax report. Ours had a few discrepancies, including that the car actually had 3 owners, instead of the 2 that was reported on your site. It's possible we may have missed it, but also we saw something about it being a fleet vehicle when the carfax showed it was all personal use. 2. It would be nice to fill the tank like most dealerships do, after purchasing a used car. The auto market is insanely inflated, so anything to ebb the sting, even just a little bit, is appreciated. 3. It would also have been nice to be informed sooner that we needed to get insurance the same day. We sat there for about an hr doing nothing before we were informed, and that tacked on an extra 45 min trying to get that sorted out. I really did not expect to be there over 3 hours, it was definitely unnecessary since we weren't even needing to mess with financing. As for the financing office... well, that wasn't fun. They say this is a no haggle dealership but then they sit you down with someone else and they try to upsell vehicle protection. I get it. I get they have to do it. But it just added on so much more time to an already prolonged visit. They DO haggle with the protection add-ons. More
