Beware. My experience with this company was exactly why many people are skeptical of online vehicle-buying services and fake offers. Three weeks before My experience with this company was exactly why many people are skeptical of online vehicle-buying services and fake offers. Three weeks before my appointment, I received a written offer of $19,175. Before driving to the dealership, I specifically asked the salesperson if there was any chance the offer would be reduced if the vehicle inspected exactly as I had represented it. I asked because I wanted to avoid wasting my time. I was told that if the vehicle checked out, the written offer would be honored, and I was even told that some customers receive more than their original offer. After the inspection, I was informed that the vehicle was in excellent condition and had no mechanical, cosmetic, or other issues. In other words, it was exactly as described. Despite that, the company reduced its offer by approximately 15% less. Approx. $16,300. The explanation? "The market has dropped over the last couple of weeks." That explanation made no sense to me. If a written offer can be reduced by thousands of dollars simply because the company decides the market changed before your appointment—even when your vehicle passes inspection exactly as represented—then the written offer is essentially meaningless. To make matters worse, after leaving I submitted the exact same vehicle to Carvana and immediately received an offer that was about $18,200 higher, without anyone even seeing or inspecting the car. The issue isn't that they made me a lower offer. Any company has the right to buy or not buy a vehicle. The issue is that I specifically asked whether this could happen, was assured it would not if the car checked out, and then it happened anyway. I wasted my time based on representations that simply were not honored. I will never do business with this company again, and I strongly recommend that anyone selling a vehicle obtain multiple competing offers before making the trip. Don't assume the written offer you receive is the amount you'll actually be paid, even if your vehicle is exactly as described. More

This experience was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, especially women. This place is extremely unprofessional, particularly in how women are treated. I arrived for a scheduled appointment to trade in my car and selected the vehicle I wanted in under two hours. Despite that, I was kept at the dealership from 1:00 PM until 7:30 PM before finally leaving. Below is a list of the behavior I experienced that I found unprofessional and misogynistic: • During my first interaction with the manager on duty, he introduced himself and, while I was seated at my sales associate’s desk, stated in a condescending manner that I would be rolling over negative equity and reiterated that I would not be receiving gap insurance, which I had already declined. He then took me into his office and briefly mentioned that gap insurance would add approximately seven dollars per month, but provided no meaningful explanation and dismissed my questions. I found the interaction highly unprofessional and misogynistic • My assigned sales associate was selling two vehicles at the same time, which caused long delays and a complete lack of attention. • The individual with tattoos also refused to clearly answer my questions and provided no explanation as to why I would need to register the vehicle locally when I am moving out of state within the month. - During my test drive, the salesperson asked me to stop at a gas station so he could buy an energy drink and spent the drive boasting about how many cars he had sold that month. • When I raised concerns about the excessive wait time (around hour five), the same manager stated that he had been wanting to go home since he arrived at work, completely dismissing my concerns. • I was sent off the lot with an empty gas tank. • I was never provided with my loan number or registration information and had to call to obtain it. During that call, Christian in finance was respectful and helpful; however, he stated that they recognized my name and asked what they could do to get me to take down the review I left. This alone shows they are aware of the issue. This experience was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone — especially women. More
I rarely write reviews, but my experience here was bad enough that I feel like I have to warn others. I flew from Oregon to Las Vegas to buy a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 6 after being told in writing by a sale enough that I feel like I have to warn others. I flew from Oregon to Las Vegas to buy a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 6 after being told in writing by a sales manager that the $4,000 federal used EV rebate "will" be applied at the point of sale. That was the only reason I made the trip, I even paid for a pre-purchase inspection, airfare, and shipping in advance based on that assurance. When I arrived, the dealership delayed paperwork until right before my return flight. Only then did they tell me the rebate was "pending" and probably wouldn't be approved, but that I could "just claim it on my taxes" (which isn't true under IRS rules). I had no real choice but to finish the purchase under time pressure, and I ended up being charged an extra $4,000 on my card. After the sale, no one at the dealership responded to any of my follow-up emails. The few times I did reach someone by phone, I got conflicting information , one manager said a third of their rebates fail, another said only 5% do, and all of them said "pending almost never gets approved." The general manager even admitted the information "could have been shared better" but still refused to fix the issue. It's now been weeks, and I still haven't received the rebate I was promised or even a single written response. I've filed complaints with the BBB, Nevada DMV, and Consumer Affairs because at this point, I just want other buyers to be aware of how misleading and stressful this process was. If you're considering buying an EV here, get everything in writing and be very cautious about any promises related to rebates or incentives. More
Save yourself the horror. Abusively negligent car inspections, followed by gaslighting and ghosting. This place is legitimately sleazy. Abusively negligent car inspections, followed by gaslighting and ghosting. This place is legitimately sleazy. More
I purchased a 2014 Corvette from this dealership. My salesperson Eric was outstanding. He made sure the car was perfect and I understood how to use all of the controls. My salesperson Eric was outstanding. He made sure the car was perfect and I understood how to use all of the controls. More
