Rodney is a superstar! Can't say enough about him. The backup team he works with is mediocre to poor, unfortunately. Sales Manager Jonathan almost ruined the deal. When Can't say enough about him. When I asked whether there were two keys for the car, he assured me, with a photo, that there was. Once the car was en route to delivery he said: "Ooops, our mistake, only 1 key. The photo I sent you was an error." Not a problem as mistakes happen, I fully understand that. I don't think he deliberately misled me. The issue was his failure to FIX his mistake. I asked him to order a replacement key. He said he couldn't. I asked him to reimburse me the cost of a replacement key, he refused. Yes, the deal went thru but with bad feelings towards Jonathan and the way he handled his "mistake". Finance dude was a major slow down. Trying to arrange financing was long and laborious as Peter was with another customer for a few hours, and we waited, and waited, and waited and waited. Then once all was done, waited days to get copies of my signed loan documents. In Florida if a customer signs documents and asks for copies to be provided, the Company is required to do so. 3 days later. 3 requests later, still no copies of loan Agreement or loan documents. The purchase/sale and trade documents were provided immediately by Rodney on the day of the sale, but the Loan docs from Peter are still missing. . .Every time I ask about the missing documents, I am told, "He's working on them...." how many days does it take? I will always be a fan of Rodney, he went above and beyond; from my first on-line inquiry at 8:00 AM, to the same-day delivery 100 miles away at 8:00 PM he was stellar. As for the car itself? Magnificent. More
