Manager Romas Diego and the assistant manager looked it over brought my 2025 GMC AT4X — bought just 3 months ago for $69,000 — to AutoNation to sell. Manager Romas Diego and the assistant manager looked it over and offered me $35,000, claiming that’s all it was worth “in the condition it’s in.” That’s absurd. The truck is in absolutely perfect condition — no dents, no scratches, no issues whatsoever. This wasn’t an honest market valuation; it felt like a deliberate lowball to see if they could get away with taking a huge profit at my expense. Their tactics come across as predatory, manipulative, and designed to pressure people into bad deals. In my opinion, they operate like con artists — charming up front, but ready to shortchange you the moment they think you're vulnerable. I would never trust this management team with a transaction of any kind. More
