Sharing My Experience with AutoNation USA – Please Read Before You Buy About 10 months ago, I purchased a 2016 Porsche Cayenne from AutoNation USA. From day one, the high engine oil warning light was on Before You Buy About 10 months ago, I purchased a 2016 Porsche Cayenne from AutoNation USA. From day one, the high engine oil warning light was on. I immediately asked the salesperson about it, and he reassured me it was “nothing” and would go away. I trusted him. That turned out to be a very costly mistake. That warning light was not minor—it was the sign of a serious engine problem. Ten months later, the engine failed completely. I took the vehicle to a certified Porsche dealership, and they told me the issue had been present for at least a year, meaning it predated the sale and should have never been sold in that condition. I went back to AutoNation hoping they’d do the right thing. Instead, they offered me only $500 for a car I still owe over $16,000 on. That’s not support—that’s dismissal. I was sold a defective car and left with a massive financial burden and no accountability from the dealership. I’m a father and husband. My wife is a public school teacher. We work hard, and we can’t just absorb a loss like this. Now we’re stuck with a non-running vehicle, trying to figure out whether we pay off something we can’t use or let it get repossessed and destroy our credit. Either way, we’re the ones paying for AutoNation’s lack of care and transparency. This has been an incredibly stressful and disheartening experience. I trusted AutoNation to sell me a safe, reliable vehicle. Instead, I got a car with a hidden engine defect and zero help when it failed. I’m sharing my story so others don’t go through what we’re going through. If you’re thinking about buying from AutoNation, please be cautious, ask questions, and don’t ignore any warning signs—literally or figuratively. More
I recently purchased a vehicle with the help of Abdul El Ansari and John, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Abdul was approachable, trustworthy, and incredibly Ansari and John, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Abdul was approachable, trustworthy, and incredibly reliable. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions with patience and honesty. It’s clear he genuinely cares about helping his customers, not just making a sale. I highly recommend Abdul to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience—you’ll be in good hands! More
Abraham was awesome! The vehicle was even nicer in person than I thought based on the listing! Overall, a very pleasant experience with AutoNation! Thank you! Salesman was good, but waited 2 hours to see a “finance person, even though this was an cash sale” and when we did see one all he wanted to do was high pressure us into a $4,400 extended warranty. We decli person, even though this was an cash sale” and when we did see one all he wanted to do was high pressure us into a $4,400 extended warranty. We declined the warranty and he called us rude, it was all downhill from there. We said we have been waiting 2 hours and I just wanted to write a check and leave. He just wanted to sell the warranty even though we declined it. Said he would get us another finance guy “cash sale” to extend the process I guess. I felt like I was being held up for a robbery. We left empty handed, we will take our money and business elsewhere and would never recommend AutoNation. More
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership today was not gonna need any financing— When I arrived, I needed to still speak to financing, even though I wasn’t gonna be financing it. Finance took over an hour gonna need any financing— When I arrived, I needed to still speak to financing, even though I wasn’t gonna be financing it. Finance took over an hour for them to talk with me, even though the dealership was not even busy. There was three guys in the finance department, laughing and talking the entire time as of my time didn’t matter.. I would not recommend this place. due to the fact of people and Finance being inconsiderate, my sales person was outstanding she knew what she was doing, but the Finance team is the last people a customer sees to seal the deal and they’re gonna leave the customers with the sour vibe .. I would not recommend this dealership More

Mr. Jim T is amazing. He was friendly, informative, and efficient. We didn’t purchase as my husband didn’t really like the car aesthetically. Otherwise, it really was a great car and a great price. I love efficient. We didn’t purchase as my husband didn’t really like the car aesthetically. Otherwise, it really was a great car and a great price. I love the information provided for each car. I wasn’t pleased with the sales manager’s demeanor. We wanted to make sure the radio was programmed as the language wouldn’t change despite using the menu and settings. He seemed offended. He was very loud and condescending. My husband said it was aggressive salesmanship, but I didn’t like it or the way everyone circled us. Honestly, he came off like a bully. I’m sure he’s successful as he is the manager, but not with me. We went elsewhere. More
