Can’t do honest business with this dealership. Loan was taken out without the down payment applied. My signature then magically appeared on an updated document I hadn’t seen. Their apology for my signature magically appearing was a $500 check for it to go away. Walk away and do business with a dealership that can properly execute a deal and not forge purchase documents in a cover up attempt. More

Purchased a new vehicle with auto nation and had a great positive experience. I traded in a vehicle of which they gave a higher value than a neighboring dealership, financed with the dealership through rbfc positive experience. I traded in a vehicle of which they gave a higher value than a neighboring dealership, financed with the dealership through rbfcu and received the lowest advertised loan per rbfcu. Bobby was my sales associate and was straightforward with autonation’s pricing and helpful and courteous through the whole purchase process. Also a thank you to Richard in finance as well as the sales manager. For one of the few times, was able to go into a dealership and work out a mutually agreed deal in one day and leave with a positive experience. Highly recommend Autonation for a reliable straightforward car purchase. More
