In past visits have left dealer confident of the service performed, this time not sure what was done if anything. Had 8am appointment and still waited two hours for an oil change. Did not check fluid leve performed, this time not sure what was done if anything. Had 8am appointment and still waited two hours for an oil change. Did not check fluid levels, all were low. Service desk employee very nice, but at the mercy of techs in the back. Car was Not sanitized, car was actually dirty with fingerprint marks. In the past my car was always clean when returned. Wanted to know about the age of the battery to this moment I have no idea if I need to replace, they charged the battery but what I wanted to know is do I need to replace it?? and when?? Are you out of batteries? Would like to see you go back to the service standards of Peacock days. Not a good experience. More

Good service department but very hard to get in contact with at time for scheduling and updates. I’m sure it is a VW issue but the pricing for a lot of the repairs are very expensive. Leah and the service managers are awesome. Had a recall and they fixed it as soon as they received the correct tool for the job. My instrument panel went black for a couple days and the back up light, radi and they fixed it as soon as they received the correct tool for the job. My instrument panel went black for a couple days and the back up light, radio, etc didn’t work. It started working again after a couple days. I know this is a new car but I really didn’t think this would happen. I sure hope it doesn’t happen again. More

Pete in service went above and beyond to help me out. My son's car actually had the rim fail on his 2015 VW Jetta on his way home to PA from college in FL. We drove to the dealership on the spare and fortun son's car actually had the rim fail on his 2015 VW Jetta on his way home to PA from college in FL. We drove to the dealership on the spare and fortunately they had a rim in stock. Pete was able to put a technician on it, even though we didn't arrive there until 4:30PM. Obviously I am not a routine customer since we live in PA, however he knew we were stranded otherwise and made it happen. Truly appreciated. More
