Since Jay and Mike has been taking over service the communication has improved 100% However I still hate the car. My wife and I were vacationing on HHI when the passenger window on her VW Convertible Beetle got stuck open. We arrived at the dealership around 4:30 pm to see if we could get the car in before leaving on S window on her VW Convertible Beetle got stuck open. Mike Malinsky met us at the door and informed us that the service department was booked out to next week but since we were in a bind he offered to take a look at the window. Mike was able to take the door panel off and get the window up, the rubber track was off and keeping the window from going and up or down. We offered to pay Mike for the temporary fix so that we could get black home and to our dealership but he said that he was happy to help and wished us safe travels back to VA.
