AutoNation Volkswagen Hilton Head - Service Center

I feel like I wasted my money. Nothing was fixed and calls are not returned. My air conditioner wasn't blowing cold air. They recharged the system and said they don't see any leaks Nothing was fixed and calls are not returned. My air conditioner wasn't blowing cold air. They recharged the system and said they don't see any leaks but might need a new compressor. My battery had died and my radio went into safe mode. Paid to get the code and my radio unlocked. They said they couldn't get it to work and never gave us the code. I was supposed to get a call back about a quote for the air conditioner and never did. I have call for 2 days and never received a call back. More

I really like this dealership AutoNation. The staff are very attentive and they are very informative about what try are doing and about how long it will take and if you need to go some where The staff are very attentive and they are very informative about what try are doing and about how long it will take and if you need to go some where they have a shuttle service that will carry you and pick you up when you call them. I will continue to deal with this dealership in the future. More

I got a screw in my tire last Friday, I called and spoke with Andy. I was able to take my car in and he assessed my tire could be patched. Needless to say I was very pleased not to have to purchase a new ti with Andy. I was able to take my car in and he assessed my tire could be patched. The Volkswagen Hilton Head service center always do a fantastic job servicing our two VW Tiguan’s. Will not buy another VW from this dealership. Extremely difficult to get help from service. No one answers your call, and they do not return calls. I was told I had to leave the car for 24 hours to have a part put back in place. Asked to speak to manager, and they said he would call back. I never got a call back. They said all diagnostic issues require you to leave the car for 24 hours. You can no longer make an appointment to bring it in and wait for it. This is extremely inconvenient and totally inappropriate for needing a part put back. More
