Took my VW for a simple under warranty oil change at 20k miles. Three days later car stopped running and had to be towed back because of the gasket not corrected installed and oil leaking everywhere .Servic miles. When I did talk to someone it was “I’ll call you back”. Apparently their phones only work for outgoing calls if they are trying to make a sale, because no phone call received At one point the call was received by call center and the operator told me if I wanted to talk to someone in person I would have to drive there Sad that this is my closest VW dealer for warranty work, (already over an hour away) but I will not be back..
