Had expensive steering/alignment repairs. Carlos showed me what was being done and answered all my questions. Ashley kept us in the loop as to what needed to be done and our options and even Carlos showed me what was being done and answered all my questions. Th first time When I took my vehicle to this dealership to have them check some things out they didn’t tell me there was a recall on my vehicle but when I went to Baltimore Maryland a week later they told to have them check some things out they didn’t tell me there was a recall on my vehicle but when I went to Baltimore Maryland a week later they told me and I took it to the Volkswagen dealership for oil change, I was able to get a coupon towards my oil change and I was told after service that there was a factory recall on my vehicle. AutoNation eventually told me there was a recall on my vehicle about 3 months later. More recently I went to AutoNation to get two new tires and oil and filter change and the tires now have a bad sound ejecting. So, when I took it back the day after I was told there were no available appointments to switch the new tires to the front and put the old tires back in the back and also check to make sure the suspension is good. I have to wait until after June 1. I have to drive to Maryland on 27 May I didn’t want to drive it there in that condition now I’m gonna have to take it back to the dealership there to see if they can help me and how much they would charge me to do the work. More
