I recently purchased a vehicle from your dealership and wanted to provide feedback on my experience. First, I want to highlight the excellent service I received from Paris. He listened carefully to what I needed, was patient, and ultimately matched me with the perfect vehicle. His professionalism and customer‑focused approach were the reason I continued with the purchase. However, my experience with the sales manager was very disappointing. When he sat down with me, he immediately stated that his selling numbers were low and that I needed to “cooperate” and accept the monthly payment presented. He also told me I needed to “bring something to the table” since I wasn’t putting cash down, even though I was trading in a vehicle with only $1,200 remaining on the loan. The tone and approach felt pressuring and unprofessional, and I left that interaction feeling browbeaten rather than supported. Additionally, while I was transferring my personal items from my old vehicle to the new one, he approached me from behind and loudly demanded, “Who xxxx xxxxx!” because my last name had changed to xxxxx This could have been handled with a simple, respectful question. Instead, it felt confrontational and unnecessary. I immediately provided the court documentation, but the interaction left a very negative impression. If it had not been for Paris and the positive experience he provided, I would have walked away from the purchase entirely. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as no customer should feel pressured or spoken to in that manner during what should be an exciting and positive milestone. More
