I had a conflict with the scheduled appointment for service at AutoNation Volvo Cars San Jose. I called them to see if I could drop of the car the night before, and the answer was yes. I drove the the location and found my service advisor was in, so he completed the check inspection and paperwork, I turned over the key and went home. Simple. When the service was completed the following day, the service advisor sent a text message and also called to make sure I knew the car was ready for pickup. I went down to pick up my car and discovered the service advisor could complete the financial transaction, and called for the car. No waiting for a cashier. The car was brought around clean, and only needed the seat and mirrors adjusted before I could drive away. I really nice experience all the way around. More
