After bad experiences with Larry (Salesperson) and another Service Tech Rep (who doesn’t work at Volvo AutoNation San Jose anymore), I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by Dan’s professionalism a another Service Tech Rep (who doesn’t work at Volvo AutoNation San Jose anymore), I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by Dan’s professionalism and courtesy towards my concerns, my car, and myself. Volvo AutoNation San Jose needs more people like Dan to provide excellent customer service and quick responses to resolve customer concerns.
