It helps to have some idea of what one is looking for, if you are short on time. Adam answered all my questions both the good ones and the not so good ones. He got out a tape measure to answer one of my questions. There was no pressure even though I probably was a good candidate for a sale. They had many cars to choose from and by using the internet we narrowed the selections down so I did not have to spend a great deal of time looking at this and that to try to make a decision. Overall it was a good experience in purchasing a car which is really not one of my favorite things to do. I came away feeling good about my purchase. More

2006 VW GTI (in a pinch) I was in a real bind when my old car died a few weeks ago. With my work schedule, finding time to even look at cars was challenging. I found Keim on I was in a real bind when my old car died a few weeks ago. With my work schedule, finding time to even look at cars was challenging. I found Keim on auto trader, and during an evening of checking out dealerships I decided to swing in. Anthony was the first to approach me as I scoured the lot. His ZERO pressure approach made me very comfortable while trying a few different vehicles out. I decided on the VW, but my scheduling with work wasn't very conducive to getting everything taken care off. Luckily, the top notch financing team was able to take care of everything for me during the day and kept in great communication throughout the day! But the end of my 16 hour shift, all I needed to do was walk in, sign, and drive!! Anthony was extremely helpful with keeping me posted and answering any questions I had (even via text message being as I was on the job). The team was able to get me a great warranty and service plan for this vehicle! With it having a little bit higher mileage, they were very responsive to me needs as far as service and maintanenece goes. Overall, my first car buying experience from a dealer was definitely a very positive one!
