I visited Keim pre owned back in October looking at a Honda Civic that caught my eye. I really could not afford to do anything at that time but Paul took my info that I was looking for a Civic. He did no Honda Civic that caught my eye. I really could not afford to do anything at that time but Paul took my info that I was looking for a Civic. He did not pressure me to buy anything but every once in a while would send me a email about a civic they had. In February I saw a Civic on there lot I stopped in over lunch took it for a test drive Kenny & Paul took my info told them I would be back that evening with the family to look at. Paul worked up some #'s, they made a few calls got me some better rates & we left that evening with the car. There was never any pressure to buy, they worked to get financing within my range. They also worked with service to take care of some issues I had with the car & made them right. I would recommend Keim to anybody. More

I don't have a lot of experience buying cars from dealers, so I honestly didn't know what to expect. The only thing my wife and I knew was how much we could afford per month. The Customer service was great due to the honesty that I saw in the individuals that I worked with. Information was disclosed about the vehicle that would have been easy to leave out. Everyone was very friendly and hospitable not pushy at all giving my plenty of space to try out the vehicle and time to make my decision. Making the overall experience very enjoyable. My only disappointment was in the lack of mobility and offer to move on price. However I was in a tough spot due to the vehicle I was buying in terms of the availability of that vehicle elsewhere, I didn't have much ground to negotiate but they didn't budge at all what you see is what you pay. But ultimately I got the car I wanted for maybe 5% more than I should have, but it was a very relaxed no pressure environment that I felt comfortable paying them the 5% premium for the overall buying experience that I enjoyed.
