Once they have your money, and the previously totaled car starts showing numerous problems, you're out of luck. All you will be told is, “you didn’t opt for the extended warranty,” even just days after the purchase! More

Great Deals but you get what you pay paid for and it’s a lost cause after that! Overall experience for purchasing the vehicle went great, Joe was informative of all my questions. They did their best to meet our financial demands which still could’ve gone a lot smoother. Was able to drive the vehicle home with no issues until a few days I needed to fill gas. As I was pumping the gas, it was leaking from the bottom so I immediately called Joe back and he had me come back to have the car looked at. They found out the filler hose was cracked and told me it would be replaced and fixed with warranty….now that was 2 weeks ago about to be 3 and I tried calling back to check on the status of said part and now I get sent straight to the machine. 2 star review since this now a safety hazard and nothing might not get done about it. More
