Auto Savvy sold me a vehicle that was represented as repaired and covered under warranty. On the very first day, I notified the dealership that the driver’s seat was severely misaligned, creating an uns repaired and covered under warranty. On the very first day, I notified the dealership that the driver’s seat was severely misaligned, creating an unsafe driving condition. Despite repeated notifications over the past three weeks, this defect has not been corrected, leaving me unable to sit straight in the seat and resulting in back pain. This defect renders the vehicle unsafe for highway use and constitutes a breach of the warranty that Auto Savvy advertised and sold with the vehicle. Additionally, it was apparent that no basic fluid inspection was conducted prior to delivery, forcing me to address those deficiencies myself after a four-hour drive home. Auto Savvy’s failure to honor its obligations not only violates consumer trust but may also give rise to claims under applicable consumer protection laws. I strongly caution others to reconsider before doing business with this dealership. More

I had a very good experience with Houston AutoSavvy. I travelleds from San Antonio to look at a 2020 Ford Escape hybrid that was available at Houston AutoSavvy, I worked with salesman Ken Jones and Will I travelleds from San Antonio to look at a 2020 Ford Escape hybrid that was available at Houston AutoSavvy, I worked with salesman Ken Jones and Will the Sales Manager--great experience. The car was as advertised, I know this because Ken and Will allowed/encouraged me to have it inspected. I did that. I took it to a shop that carefully inspected the repairs and confirmed what AutoSavvy stated-- no frame damage, and repairs accomplished to return the auto to industry standards. While communicating with Ken about the car, he provided pictures of the damaged vehicle, a list of parts replaced, and supported all my questions. There was zero pressure, and I found the purchase process to be about as efficient as it could be. Took about 1.5 hours vs the half-day process I have found at other dealers. Financing was easy and very competitive with rates offered by my local credit union. No Haggle price was fair and firm. I checked with my Insurance company and confirmed that rates for Branded Title would be no different than rates for non-branded title car. Note: If you do have an accident, from Insurance company would be based on car's history. In other words, it would not be the same as payoff for non-branded title vehicle. I was okay with this fact--the upfront price provided the savings up front, I do not plan on needing accident payoff. Note: AutoSavvy does not guarantee two key fobs--we received one, it is possible we will get a second, if not Costco vendor can provide a second for a reasonable price. I did my research, and for my requirements, a late model car with low mileage in good condition, I chose AutoSavvy. The Houston AutoSavvy was easy to work with, low pressure, and had a great inventory. Ask for Ken Jones, if you do, you will probaly also work with Will. I think you will have a good experience. More

I am 50 years old and have bought many cars in my lifetime and this the best experience I have ever had. My Salesman was Miguel and the Sales Manager/Finance Will were willing to answer all my questi lifetime and this the best experience I have ever had. Everything was exactly as they said and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest deal which is rare in an industry plagued with falsehoods.
