Probably one of the worst car purchasing experiences out there. The only thing positive out of this was I got the vehicle I wanted. I had to fight them to get the best deal for me. They tried to pressure me there. The only thing positive out of this was I got the vehicle I wanted. I had to fight them to get the best deal for me. They tried to pressure me into buying their extended warranty for $4000! And another $1500 for a GPS tracker! Oh and D’Angelo tried to tell me the GPS was not optional that it comes standard on all their vehicles. When I asked to remove it he said they would charge me $1000 just to remove it. It was like pulling teeth just to get me the best deal for me. They lie and use high pressure sales techniques. More

I wish to inform others to be aware of the poor business practices of this company. My daughter had to learn hard life lesions of purchasing a "Salvage" title which means "poor" resale ability. Also, when practices of this company. My daughter had to learn hard life lesions of purchasing a "Salvage" title which means "poor" resale ability. Also, when trading back this unsellable auto she was sold a vehicle with a loan amount full of excess add-ons and at an amount above her lending ability. The bank sent her a credit refusal, but Auto Savvy pushed thru this loan with Mountain America bank anyways. When my daughter and I attempted to return this overpriced vehicle to AutoSavvy, they refuse after most of the day navigations. This company only offered a deal that was equivalent to the cost of the overcharged second vehicle. Additionally, we were passed thru their managers and twice they threated "to call the police" in intimidation. I am not writing this review as my daughter just received dated 12-28-2024 a letter stating directly from AutoSavvy stating they would NOT fund my daughters loan HA, HA ...Be ware of this Company and my advice is do not use them! More

Angel was my Sales Person he was so helpful and tried to get my payments lower although he did get it to a little lower everything went smoother than I thought this being my first car purchase!!! Today I go get my payments lower although he did get it to a little lower everything went smoother than I thought this being my first car purchase!!! Today I got my car and heard my payments would be lower it was so exciting! He also made sure my car was cleaned twice due to rain lol! It was so exciting and easier than I thought Thank you Angel ! 10/10 recommended More
