I have tried and tried to resolve this matter with your establishment. I have asked that you reimburse me for the amount of repairs to the airbag system. A copy of this bill from my local dealer was provided to you. The only thing that you have offered is to purchase the vehicle back. That offer was made AFTER you knew the repairs were completed. I am not going to return a vehicle that I have already repaired! These repairs are repairs that the vehicle needed to be driven safely and you should be liable for. The only resolution to this issue is your company reimbursing me for these repairs to make the car safe to drive. When you decide that you are going to do that, please let me know. Until then, please refrain from harassing me!

maam, our office was NOT aware that this was done until after nor did we authorize the repair. We would love to resolve this situation with you and agree on a monetary figure that will be acceptable to all parties. Please let us know a monetary number that you are seeking so that we can run it by management and try to get approval. Thank you

Sir, I have several emails notifying you of the issues and also letting you know that the vehicle was going to be inspected by a local Chevy dealer to assess the situation. Within 30 min of me hearing from the Chevy dealership about the needed repairs, you had a copy of the inspection report from the Chevy dealer. The parts had to be ordered so there was a 3 day delay where you did know about the issue and could have made an offer at that time. Please do not assume that I am stupid when it comes to situations like these. I know that I conducted my communication appropriately and in a very timely fashion. You have a copy of the repairs from George White Chevrolet so you know exactly what was done and the cost to repair the issues. The cost to cover the airbag repairs is $1000.00 and that should be the very minimum you offer the resolve this matter. If you truly want to resolve this matter please submit a signed written letter of resolution detailing terms of your proposed resolution. You can email that to me at angiescramer@gmail.com
