I scheduled my vehicle for two services recently. My waiting period for those two scheduled items was a bit lengthy. Based on repairs I would have rated it a 5, but based on customer service I am only rating a 4, The service technician that worked on my vehicle this time did a great job, the repair seems to be fixed this customer service I am only rating a 4, The service technician that worked on my vehicle this time did a great job, the repair seems to be fixed this time and working great after second visit. Not put many miles on yet but it is working great so far and no check engine lights etc. The service advisor was not very professional and did not call when stated he would, also the quote was not worked up in a timely manner, after the diagnosis was complete. My vehicle was sidelined and no quote given until the following work day, and he promised after he didnt work up the quote the first day that he would get it first thing the next work day and call me by or before 8:30. no call back and no return of my calls so I drove there and then he finally worked up the quote within a few minutes while I was there. I have been going to this dealership for many years, bought a new car there about 38 years ago and a used one when it was anton cheverolet. I have also had 5 or 6 vehicles there for service and repair within the past 10 years or so. I have never not been treated as non-value customer until this visit. Also when I picked up the vehicle he would not even speak until say anything about my vehicle until I spoke to him, he tried to ignore me. When I went to get in my vehicle I looked back and he was looking out the window then at me and laughing while talking to another advisor. very unprofessional way to treat customers. Like I said this is the only service advisor who has ever treated me this way in many years of going to this dealership. I prefer to deal with people who treat me with respect and as a valued customer. This is not a way to build relationships. This will impact where I take my vehicles in the future for service and repairs. I also just had a transmission replaced a couple of months ago at this dealer and the service technician at that time was excellent at keeping my up to date in a timely manner about the search for the transmission and the repairs. The technician John did a great job on the transmission did excellent also. More

I booked a time to bring my Truck in for just a normal yearly inspection so I could get a new license registration. They told me on the phone when I called to make the appointment that it should only tak yearly inspection so I could get a new license registration. They told me on the phone when I called to make the appointment that it should only take less than 15 minutes. When I came it they could not find that I had an appointment. I showed them on my phone the message I got back that confirmed my appointment. They finally asked for my phone number and the appointment was found. I again asked how long the inspection should take. I was told it should only be about 15 minutes. I waited in the sitting area for 45 minutes and then went out to ask what the problem was. I was told they would check. After another 15 minutes I was told they would have the truck ready in just a few more minutes. I was told they could go ahead and take my money and speed things up. That did not help speed things up though. I eventually got my vehicle and got ready to get in, but noticed the running boards did not come out automatically as usual. I tried several things to no avail. I went back in and tried to get help but was told it would be a little bit. I then told them forget about it and I would go somewhere else to have it checked. When I got home I found that for whatever reason someone had disconnected the running board connection. It was hanging down and very noticeable. It was not something that was an accident but had to have been done on purposed because of the way the box was pulled out. I would not recommend the service department for this location. I have never had to wait and be disrespected as this before. The vehicle is only 8 months old and a 2024 model. I will do my best to avoid this dealership in the future. The people I have worked with before do not seem to be there now and maybe that is the issue. I did not know the people that waited on me. More
