I have bought my last 4 vehicles from an auto star branch. For the most part I have always been pleased with my service. I’ve been to the waynesville service center 3-4 time in the last two months. Ea branch. For the most part I have always been pleased with my service. I’ve been to the waynesville service center 3-4 time in the last two months. Each time they were very professional. I still believe there is an issue with the vehicle that they did not find but everyone knows when you take a car to the mechanic it chooses that one day to not make the weird sound you’ve been hearing. I also recently took a friend of mines vehicle over for an oil change and to get a tire fixed. My only complaint is I don’t understand why you wait 3-4 hours for an oil change and to either fix or replace a tire. In the past I didn’t use my free oil changes simply cause I’m a mom of 3 kids all with adhd and they and I either don’t have the time or patience to sit all day waiting on an oil change that anywhere else would have done in 15 mins. I also have to drive an hour each way so it really is an all day event. Otherwise I’ve only had decent experiences at waynesville’s location More
