TS A SAD DAY TO DRIVE YOUR TRUCK IN FOR A FRONT END ALIGNMENT AND THEY BREAK IT TO THE POINT ITS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE THEN WANTED TO CHARGE ME OVER $1000 TO FIX WHAT THEY BROKE I HAD TO GET A TRAILER AND ALIGNMENT AND THEY BREAK IT TO THE POINT ITS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE THEN WANTED TO CHARGE ME OVER $1000 TO FIX WHAT THEY BROKE I HAD TO GET A TRAILER AND TOW IT HOME TO FIX MYSELF FOR UNDER $160 WHAT A JOKE PEOPLE STAY AWAY!!! AND GREG DONE NOTHING TO HELP AFTER I MADE IT CLEAR I WAS PISSED AND WHAT THEY DID WAS NOT RIGHT I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!! WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS BUT NOT A OPTION!! More

I bought an extended service policy from this dealership and then canceled as I sold vehicle and was told I would get a refund and have now been waiting over 6 months and today found case was closed and had and then canceled as I sold vehicle and was told I would get a refund and have now been waiting over 6 months and today found case was closed and had to be reopened??????? Have sent all documents requested but someone else is in charge of payments and after calling 6 or 7 times still no help??? More

BEWARE OF THE FREE OIL CHANGES PROMISED UPON PURCHASE!! I have purchased two, vehicles from this dealership. Upon the purchase of my last vehicle I was told the first two oil changes would be free. The detai have purchased two, vehicles from this dealership. Upon the purchase of my last vehicle I was told the first two oil changes would be free. The details of this service were not in the copy of the contract given to me. So, I requested another, which was never sent. I took my car for the second oil change and was told that too much time had elapsed and they would not honor their promise. I was considering purchasing another vehicle from them but not now. More
