Appointment Oil Change I've been a customer since 2010, I've always bought an oil change contract. Up until recently a customer could drive into this location and have an oi I've been a customer since 2010, I've always bought an oil change contract. Up until recently a customer could drive into this location and have an oil change and be on your way within 20-30 minutes. Not so now, I did as I always have done but was not told there was a new appointment policy requirement. On that day I was there 1 hour and 30 minutes. The next time I made the required appointment, I was there 1 hour and 15 minutes. Wow, I saved 15 whole minutes by making an appointment. There was an Express oil change, but no more even though there is a sign on the bay doors that indicate Express oil change... I don't know what happened but maybe this dealership should hire back the people who once worked for them to change oil, since they seemed to do a better job for the customer. If you make an appointment, the oil change should never take more than 30 minutes, if the dealership does not have a person that knows how to schedule then hire a new one. If the oil change people cannot change oil and top off fluids within 30 minutes hire new ones who can. I will not be purchasing another oil change contract, since I can go to any place and be in and out within 30 minutes. I will be purchasing a new vehicle within the next year, even though I love the dodge avenger, I will consider different vehicles and a different dealership. A long time customer is gone,,, car dealerships are on every corner. I have had every major vehicle recommended work done here as well but no more. I will take my money elsewhere More

Service staff went above and beyond Kim, Dewayne, and Thomas all went way out of their way to help me out with repairs needed on my Cherokee and get them covered under warranty.
