Warranty claim nightmare I called Waynesville Dodge to make an appointment for a warranty claim on July 12 2018. I was given an appointment date for Wednesday July 18th for th I called Waynesville Dodge to make an appointment for a warranty claim on July 12 2018. I was given an appointment date for Wednesday July 18th for them to diagnose the problem. Upon my arrival to the dealership I to them that my transfer case was popping and would not even go into four wheel drive most of the time. Two days go by and never hear anything from them, so I call and finally get told they still haven’t diagnosed my truck. Call again Monday afternoon and they finally diagnosed my problem as the universal joints in the front axle shafts and they have ordered the parts to fix it. Call again Wednesday the 25th and repeatedly get hung up on somewhere around 15 times and transferred and hung up on again. Finally call again Thursday and the parts have finally showed up and was told I woul be able to get it that afternoon or Friday. Well it’s Friday and they call me at 2pm and tell me it’s ready. Go to pick up my truck and didn’t even move it from the parking spot and noticed I still didn’t have four wheel drive which is the hole reason it was there to begin with and me “a mechanic “ telling them it was the transfer case. My truck is how I make my money and I’ve been without my truck for 9 days now and who knows how much longer it will be and they act like they don’t care! I will never deal with them again after I get my truck back!!!! And wouldn’t advise anyone to buy or deal with there service department! More
Where should i begin? They treated my wife like garbage when she went in and then wouldnt honor a GM WARRANTY! Customer service was horrible. Waited 2 hrs. & 15 mins for a oil change & tire rotation. Brought back a flat tire and oil cap was broke. Extremely unprofessional! I brought my car in on a Friday morning because the check engine light kept coming on an I was losing power in it. Took it in, and they found a couple I brought my car in on a Friday morning because the check engine light kept coming on an I was losing power in it. Took it in, and they found a couple of other things wrong with it, but REFUSED to run the tests I asked for to find out the main issue. Then, when I called this morning to check on it (Tuesday morning), they got mad that I asked why they haven't done it. We just decided to go pick the car up and take it to someone else. When we got there, Greg Zecher (them man I also spoke on the phone with) actually raised his voice at us because we didn't want them to do the work on the car. I was so taken back by the lack of professionalism and customer service with this establishment. Greg Zecher is the assistant manager of the office. This man should never have been aloud to have a position with the attitude he brought. More

don't get repairs here!!!!!!!!! First I got my truck taken here for an electrical issue. They told me that it was my ECM and that the repair bill was $3500. I didn't believe the ECM First I got my truck taken here for an electrical issue. They told me that it was my ECM and that the repair bill was $3500. I didn't believe the ECM was the issue so I got it towed to another place to get it repaired. They replaced a simple wire harness there charged me $200 and it runs fine! While this dealer wanted to try and charge me $3500. But I did let them do the alignment while it was there. The first time they gave it back to me the steering wheel was off my 90 degrees, took it back they straightened it out and then it was pulling right. Took it back 2 more times they still didn't get it right!!!!!! Finally had to get insurance involved and had them pay for another dealership to do the job they couldn't. More
