Was not happy about paying for a software update that I could done if the program had worked properly. Even the tech had the same issue and had to restart it. That should be covered by dodge. Great experience with John in the service department with my Jeep Grand Cherokee! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided exactly what I needed.
