Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’d like to clarify for anyone reading that the vehicle referenced was part of our Auction Bound inventory, which consists of as-is, wholesale vehicles that are priced lower specifically because they may have cosmetic or mechanical defects. These vehicles are clearly designated and are not representative of our retail inventory. Auction Bound vehicles are offered at upfront wholesale pricing, which is why they are typically not subject to negotiation. We always encourage customers to thoroughly inspect these vehicles and ask questions prior to purchase to ensure they meet expectations. While we regret that this vehicle was not the right fit for you, we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Good Cars for Good People.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how frustrating it can be to make a trip expecting to see a specific vehicle. In this case, the Buick you referenced was temporarily off-site at a franchise dealership for specialized repairs, which require manufacturer-specific tools and equipment. Once that was confirmed, our team relayed the most accurate information available at the time. Regarding pricing, after the final repair costs came in lower than originally estimated, we were able to reduce the asking price, which is why you may have seen different pricing online. The vehicle ultimately sold quickly due to its strong value relative to the market. We regret the inconvenience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Thank you for considering Autoworld of Conway. Good Cars for Good People.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry this situation was frustrating, as that is never our goal. When concerns arose shortly after purchase, we made multiple good-faith attempts to repair the vehicle, and when that was not possible, we fully unwound the transaction and returned your down payment so you were not left owning a vehicle you were unhappy with. Loan cancellations and title/plate processing involve third-party lenders and state agencies, and while those steps can take time outside of a dealership’s direct control, we regret the inconvenience this caused. We always strive to handle situations fairly and in good faith, even when outcomes are not ideal. While we cannot return time lost, we did work to ensure the purchase was reversed and no vehicle was retained. We appreciate you sharing your experience and wish you the best moving forward. Good Cars for Good People.
