Brings out the GMC Envoy, she loves it, he produces all paperwork with numbers and talks with Manager Sergio on phone to make us happy. Sergio lowers the payment to fit our budget no questions asked, just like that done deal! Back to Cummings Lot sign papers and we are out and she is happy once again. Ripped off!! We were completely ripped off!! We were assured that the truck we purchased had gone through a thorough inspection, as they say all of theirs do. We We were completely ripped off!! Two weeks later the transmission had to be REPLACED NOT REPAIRED. A Ram dealership did the repair. We were told by Auto Gallery that we were out of luck because we purchased the truck "as is". Yea, we purchased "as is" with the assurance that there were no issues. We are currently working with a newscaster to expose their crooked habit. We hope to have the segment ready for tv soon More
