Found my car. Now what? I found the car I wanted online. The only problem is that Auto Gallery is 7 hours from where I live. That could have been one long drive home if it didn't work out. It felt right so I called Auto Gallery and spoke with sales rep Alex Mora. I instantly liked Alex. He’s one of those rare professionals who actually listens and then works with you to make things happen. When I told him I was 7 hours away, he never hesitated. Instead, he set up a FaceTime call and did a complete walk-through of the car with me. He showed me all the VIN numbers, the interior, opened the trunk and engine compartment and pointed out the good stuff and a few blemishes. I felt pretty confident so I bought a one-way plane ticket to Atlanta. The car was exactly as expected. Alex and I took it for a test drive. When we got back, I asked if he could put it on a rack so I could check the underside. They lifted the car up and two mechanics walked with me from front to back, answering every question I had. This car, by the way, was as clean as it could be—really detailed nicely. Inside, I met Sergio Coreno, Auto Gallery’s general sales manager. Sergio's all business and cuts to the chase which I appreciated. I signed to buy and then got to meet Velda Gonzalez, the finance manager, who made “doing the paperwork” an entertaining experience. Also met Eric Welsh, the sales manager and team leader who wanted to make sure I had everything I needed before making my road trip home. Everyone seems to enjoy each other at Auto Gallery. As for communication, Alex Mora and I spoke, texted or emailed with each other many times before, during and after the sale. He’s a smart guy and recognizes the importance of relationships. If you’re the type of person who hates sales situations like buying a car, and you want someone to shoot straight with you, go work with Alex. He’ll make it easy for you. I got my car and every aspect of the sales buying process was worth it. I highly recommend Auto Gallery—doesn’t matter if you’re local to the Atlanta area or a plane ride away. More

Just when I thought I could never be able to have a very reliable dependable car, this man went way out of his way to make sure I was in a safe vehicle for my family and I. I owe him everything for the hard work he put into it to make it happen for me, not to mention how quickly he made it happen. I couldn't be more pleased with anyone.
