The appointment was smooth, a loaner was a similar car, they helped us transfer our clubs to the loaner so we could play a round of golf while the car was serviced, notified us that the servicing was takin they helped us transfer our clubs to the loaner so we could play a round of golf while the car was serviced, notified us that the servicing was taking a bit longer- They offered to let us take the loaner for the night if we didn't want to wait - luckily we were in a slow round so car was done when we arrived.
