Great Help I had been looking for the right A4 for about two months. I knew the ballpark cost and what I wanted. When I showed up at the dealership I was greeted by Erik with a smile and a firm handshake. He was never pushy nor showed the typical "car dealer" tendencies. He was very knowledgable about the car, pointing out things I never new. The car was priced fairly and they gave me a great price on my trade-in. I'm an old timer and have bought my share of cars. This experience was the best I've had. I would absolutely recommend Autobahn USA and especially Erik. More

I especially liked that the Sales Manager came right over to discuss the purchase with me instead of John running the terms back and forth to his office. This is what I got from the Mercedes Dealer down the street. I went there one day and was given a price to purchase a vehicle and got it in writing. When I returned a week later the price had changed. I am so happy that I stopped at Autobahn. The Finance Manager was completely straightforward and didn't try to sell me extras that I didn't need. I go exactly what I asked for. Larger Dealerships could learn a thing or two about customer service from Autobahn! More

Exceptional Service....Ask for Josh! I found a car I was interested in at Autobahn USA, located about 40 miles from my home. When I arrived at the dealership, I expected to be rushed int I found a car I was interested in at Autobahn USA, located about 40 miles from my home. When I arrived at the dealership, I expected to be rushed into making a purchase by typical car salespersons, but instead I met up with courteous staff. They were educated in what they were selling and there wasn't any pressure to buy. I did return a few days later after being able to make an educated decision on what was a good car me. When I came back, I met up with Josh for a test drive and to have answered the many questions I had. Josh had a thorough knowledge of their inventory, experience with their products, and helped me make the best choice and always treating me with a friendly, helpful attitude. You just don't find that customer service around at too many dealerships these days, so it was a welcomed change. I did make a purchase on a BMW 3 series and after less than a week of driving, I had follow-up from Josh and his team, to make sure things were still good! It doesn't get any better. More
