Arranged for a test drive on 4/13/2016, I really liked the way they treat their customers. Car is ready before I arrived the dealer, nice and easy test drive since I am able to test drive the car on route 9 for a bit unlike the other dealers I'm only able to test drive on a 20 mph residential area. Since I did all the research before I came to the dealer and I listed out everything that I wanted to be done for the car that I am interested. Signed the contract and traded in my car on 4/15/2016, John is responsive and keep me updated on the car (etc. the car is now at the shop for the detailing and touch up). No hassle at all and they are responsive with both phone and e-mail. All the people there are very friendly even if, they are not the sales person for your deal. They do follow ups after I purchased the car and surveys. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who are looking for used cars and hate aggressive dealerships. More

Overall a good experience I live in the Capital region of NY state and I searched all over NY, NJ and MA to locate a very specific vehicle. I found exactly what I was looking I live in the Capital region of NY state and I searched all over NY, NJ and MA to locate a very specific vehicle. I found exactly what I was looking for at Autobahn USA. Working with the Internet Sales Specialist Ryan I was able to negotiate the best purchase price as well as clearly detail all of associated costs before visiting the dealership. This portion of the buying experience was excellent. Once we had agreed in principle to the purchase and financing terms I made the three hour drive to Westborough MA to inspect the vehicle and take a test drive. I found the vehicle was in excellent condition as advertised and I was very pleased with the dealership experience in general. I was disappointed however in the Salesman I worked with once I arrived at the dealership. I found his lack of knowledge of the vehicle type somewhat dishonest as he presented himself as a subject matter expert. If he had simply answered my technical questions with "I don't know for sure, but I will find out" I would have been more comfortable. Bottom line, I purchased the vehicle in spite of his sales pitch, not because of it. Working with the Finance Manager when it was time to sign all the papers was quick, easy and professional. A+ Because the vehicle was to be registered in NYS I paid Autobahn USA a fee to hire a "Runner" who would travel to the NYS Department of Motor Vehicles and register the vehicle, allowing me to legally drive home from the dealership. My only complaint here is that it was a slow process, and whenever I contacted my Salesman to ask for the status he replied, "there is no way for us to know when the Runner will process the registration, and there is no way for us to find out." Completely unacceptable! Once the vehicle was registered I made an appointment to pick it up from Autobahn USA, again making the three hour drive. It happened to be my Salesman's day off so he was not present when I picked up the vehicle, not a problem for me. A week later I received a voice message from the Salesman, asking how I liked the vehicle and was I pleased with the process. I called him back the same day and got his voicemail. I left him a message saying that overall I was pleased with the vehicle but that I was somewhat disappointed that the vehicle had not been detailed very well when I picked it up, I had to use acetone to get glue off of the inside of the windows where the dealership had placed their stickers. I was also expecting floor mats but they were not present. A week has gone by but the Salesman has not responded. Overall I would recommend Autobahn USA. I now have exactly the vehicle I wanted and I got it at a fair price. I would have preferred to work with a different salesman. More
