The salesman ,Josh McClaskey, had everything ready for me when I walked in. He took time to go over the details and we reached a fair price. The business manager, Marc Rosenfield, was completely on top of things and didn't push me to buy extras. I came up from the NYC-area so I needed everything to run smoothly and it did. General Manager is the main key asset to this place. I have purchased 2014 BMW X5 from this place, and I am very happy with a vehicle. Considering I paid almost $60,000.00 for the vehicle I never touched I have purchased 2014 BMW X5 from this place, and I am very happy with a vehicle. Considering I paid almost $60,000.00 for the vehicle I never touched, drove, or have seen, except pictures. I live in Chicago and the vehicle was delivered to my door. I had some questions, and Josh Head, the general manager, fixed them right away. I hope this helps people feel confident to deal with this organization, especially if it is run by Josh Head.
